is the sole partner organization of SIYLI to deliver “Search Inside Yourself” in Vietnam.

Rich Fernandez

Rich is the CEO of SIYLI. He was previously the Director of Executive Education and People Development at Google, where he was also one of the first SIY teachers. Rich previously founded Wisdom Labs and has also served in senior roles at eBay, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bank of America.

Rich was trained as a psychologist and received his Ph.D. in Psychology and M.A. in Organizational Psychology both from Columbia University. He is also a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review.

Kimiko Bokura

Kimiko was the first SIY teacher in Japan. For many years Kimiko Bokura was a Brand Manager for Procter & Gamble Japan as well as a Group Product Manager for LVMH Japan. She is currently the founder of the Mindful Leadership Institute (MiLI) providing leadership training for organizations. Kimiko was born and raised in Japan, is bilingual in English and Japanese. 

Kimiko has BA from International Christian University, Tokyo as well as an MBA from Boston University. She currently lives in both USA and Japan.

    A 28-day challenge following the 2-day program. Daily resources and exercises are provided to help people build new habits after the training.
