Mindful Leadership Vietnam, a member of PACE Institute of Management (PACE-MLV), 
is the exclusive partner organization of SIYLI to deliver “Search Inside Yourself” in Vietnam.

The VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) has created numerous difficulties in all aspects and are really a “big test" for enterprises. Whether enterprises decline or can survive and thrive from this period of volatility and uncertainty depends entirely on the internal strength, resilience, and adaptability of their leadership team and employees.

Based on the latest neuroscience and behavioral research, the training program “Adaptive Resilience”, designed by Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) and launched in Vietnam by Mindful Leadership Vietnam, a member of PACE Institute of Management (PACE-MLV), will help leaders and employees of enterprises maintain calmness, concentration, clarity, and connection to overcome all adversities together.

    Mindsets and skills for adaptability and creativity in the midst of uncertainty and complexity.
  • MODULE 3: BUILD TRUST 

    Creating a change-capable culture by growing empathy and psychological safety in your team and organization.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

After successfully completing the program, participants will know how to:

  • Mindful Leadership Program - Manage their attention in a distracted world

    Maintain calmness, concentration, and clarity during periods of volatility and uncertainty.

  • Mindful Leadership Program - Reduce unnecessary stress in a pressure life

    Cultivate positive, optimistic, and creative mindsets in complex and ambiguous times.

  • Mindful Leadership Program - Manage their ego - the biggest barrier for effective leadership

    Develop empathy and connection to
    overcome all adversities together.

DURATION & DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Training Duration

    Enterprises can choose one of the following two versions:

    1. Version 1 (full version): 6 hours
    2. Version 2 (foundational version): 3 hours
  • Delivery Training

    The program is delivered in the form of In-house Workshop. Enterprises can choose In-person Learning or Live Learning.

  • Positive and negative mental states: above the line and below the line;
  • From Fixing to Learning: Reframing Practice;
  • From Resistance to Acceptance: Self-Compassion Practice;
  • From ‘Not-enough’ to Gratitude: The role of gratitude in building resilience.

Building Trust

Introduction:

  • The importance of trust in difficult times;
  • The Trust Equation – building connection as a source of trust.

Building trust:

  • Empathy and its importance in relationships;
  • Psychological safety and its importance in teams;
